    Are there any races planned for 10-10-12 through 10-16-12 at any of the WDW parks? My son is a runner and I think it would be fun if he could do one at WDW. Fee's, how long it is, any info would be appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi Judy!

    How cool!  Both of my sons are runners, too!  They run when I tell them to clean their rooms, they run when I ask them to eat their veggies, and they run when I try to catch them to get their baths and get ready for bed!  At least I get some exercise that way!

    At this time, there is nothing scheduled on the "Run Disney" calendar.  However, you can check back on the website in the months ahead by clicking HERE.  Something may be added to the 2012 calendar in the future.

    This year, during the second week of October, the Walt Disney World Cross Country Classic is scheduled to take place.  You can read more about it by clicking HERE.  Though the dates for this event have not been published yet, you can check back in the future to find out if it might be scheduled during the dates of your vacation next year.

    There are some great places to run throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, even when a race is not scheduled.  Ask the Cast Members at your resort for some recommendations upon check in.
