    I want to race Enchanted 10k but none of my friends or fam can take off the friday before and the expo closes way too early to get there after work. (NY) & the new policy won't allow me to get the bibs for them. can we pick up bibs morning of? :'( help

    Hi, Amanda! 

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are correct, runDisney's new packet pickup policy requires each runner to attend the runDisney Health and Fitness Expo in order to acquire their bibs and gEAR Bag items. Unfortunately, there is also no official race-morning packet pickup. The only exception to this rule has been guests who've been delayed in arriving due to flight issues, as there is a Race Relations Tent in the Start Zone Area race morning. However, these guests are not given their personal bibs, they are given unmarked bibs with just a number on it and placed in the last corral. 

    I would give runDisney a call and explain your flight would not arrive in time to get to the Expo by the 8:00pm closing. They can be reached Monday-Friday by calling 1-407-939-4786. 

    Sending you some Pixie Dust that they are able to work with you, Amanda -I wish I had more magical news! Of course, it sounds as if there wouldn't be any issues if you ran Sunday's half marathon - a 10K is half way there :)
