I am quite wide and heavy. What rides should I avoid and which ones will I fit on ??

Hello Patricia and thank you for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such an important question about visiting Walt Disney World Resort.
As a larger, or fluffy as I prefer to call it Pooh sized Mum I can totally relate to your valid concerns about enjoying Attractions at Walt Disney World Resort.  I'd like to begin by personally reassuring you that in all my yEars of visiting Disney I've never incurred any difficulties or indeed embarrassment with in fitting into, or buckling up on any ride or Attraction.
However just as my lovely fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist Priscilla mentions when assisting another Guest with a similar fluffy concern, the only Attractions I've recently found to be a snug fit have been the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and the calf restraints on Flights of Passage; but I still enjoyed each magical Attraction immensely.
For your added information it may be good to know that each Disney Attraction has posted guidelines which include height restrictions and health advisories prior to entering the Attraction wait line and as I always say, if at all in doubt then be sure to ask the nearest Cast Member for their knowledgable advice!
Wishing you an extra magical upcoming visit to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
    Have a great Disney day.
    ~ Jane
