Hi, I have quite a few food allergies and am trying to plan ahead for places to eat in Disneyland. Where can I find the ingredient, nutrition or allergy information for all of the restaurants? Thanks.

    Hello, Tiffanie!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with us. The Disneyland Resort takes food allergies very seriously, so I'm glad to share that you will find many options to enjoy. I also love to plan my meals, so let me share my tips with you.

First, I'm thrilled to share that the Disneyland Mobile App is your best option to browse allergy-friendly menus for most Quick Service locations. After opening the app, you will tap the plus sign at the bottom of the screen and select "Order Food." You will then select a restaurant and any Arrival Window (since you're just browsing, the Arrival Window doesn't matter). On the "Build Your Order" screen, you will select "Allergy-Friendly." At this point, the app will show you suitable meal options for each allergy type (you'll see dishes fit for people who can't have gluten, egg, milk, peanut, and more).

Once you get to the Disneyland Resort, you can use the same steps to order your food ahead of time. This is a fantastic time-saving trick, and I hope it's as valuable for you as it is to me.

The information for Table Service restaurants will be available at each location, and that's great because you'll also have the opportunity to talk to servers and chefs about your allergies in person. Disney chefs usually do a great job discussing allergies and special dietary needs with Guests, and I'm sure you'll meet many extraordinary chefs in August, Tiffanie!

When you make a reservation for a Table Service restaurant using the Disneyland Mobile App, don't forget to add a special dietary request to your reservation. You'll do this at the bottom of the "Review Your Reservation" screen. Once you select "Add a Special Dietary or Accessibility Request," the app will prompt you to indicate your dietary requests, and you'll be able to tap all the options that apply to you.

Once you get to a restaurant, it's also important to let your server know about your allergies so they can call the chef and give you the appropriate allergy-friendly menus.

I hope this helps you plan your trip with confidence, Tiffanie! Please let us know if you have any other questions, okay? We'll be delighted to help!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
