Hi Janice!
This is the one sad face I have about Fort Wilderness…they need a quick service restaurant! You can take a boat to either Wilderness Lodge or the Contemporary and dine in their quick service restaurants. Or you can take a boat over to the Magic Kingdom and then take a monorail to the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian and dine there. Pretty much any of the Disney World Resorts are a great place to grab breakfast.
