In our busy lives, I can understand how challenging it is to wait on hold to update our Magic Key information. The best method for changing your payment information is by calling the
Magic Key Monthly Payments Guest Services at (800) 410-4656. They’re available to assist you on Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. I have had luck with a lower hold time when calling right when they open in the middle of the week (Tuesday through Thursday). Other times, I put my phone on speaker mode and cook dinner or do other household chores while waiting for a Cast Member to become available. I'm sorry this isn't the answer you were hoping for!
Have you dined in the
Magic Key terrace yet, the special dining lounge created just for Magic Key holders? I recently returned from a trip to Disneyland Resort, and I enjoyed the Jolly Tomato-Basil Soup and Silly Symphonies Churro Sandwich that was available at the time. White chocolate mousse and churros are my new favorite combinations!
