    How quickly is the switch from Halloween to Christmas? Our plans are to leave Nov 1 in the am, but we are considering staying til the end of the day if there will be a significant "season" change. Thanks!!

    Hi Holly:

    Although subject to change every year, Disney typically starts putting up Christmas decorations around the first week of November. By Thanksgiving, expect to see the parks fully decorated for the Holidays. In true Disney fashion, the decorations are generally set up at night, as if by magic. I can't guarantee that decorations this coming year will be up during your visit, and while you may see a couple, it's unlikely you will see a big season change during that day.  But with so much other magic at Disney World, think about staying around that day anyway.
