    How quickly can I get from Animal Kingdom to Boma-Flavors of Africa Restaurant at dinner time for a dinner reservation? Staying at a Disney resort and will use complimentary shuttle.

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. My family loves a meal at Boma - Flavors of Africa. We enjoy trying all of the African fare, and if you have members of your dining party who are less adventurous in their eating, there are traditional American offerings as well. Be sure to try the soups - they are delicious.

    The good news for you is that it is a very quick bus ride from Disney's Animal Kingdom to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, where Boma - Flavors of Africa is located. From the bus stop at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge to Boma - Flavors of Africa, you need about 5 minutes to walk into the resort and to the restaurant. The bus ride itself is probably about 10 minutes, but I would allow some time for the bus to arrive to pick you up at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Thus, to be safe, I would give yourself 30 minutes from arriving at the bus stop in front of Disney's Animal Kingdom to arrival at Boma - Flavors of Africa. If you get to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge a little bit early, take some time to enjoy the lobby of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - it is stunning! You can also walk through the lobby and out to Arusha Rock to admire the animals on Arusha Savanna.
