What is the quickest ways to get from the Carribbean Beach Resort to the 4 theme parks? Also while in the parks are there quick ways to go from one end of a park back to the beginning of that park? Is there a guide to carry with us.Arriving 10/16/11. tks

    Hi Carol,

How exciting that your trip is nearly here!  To visit the parks from the Carribean Beach Resort, you can take advantage of the Disney transportation. Your resort has about 8 bus stops, so keep in mind the bus will make a handful of stops at the resort.  You may want to count on 45-60 minutes of travel time.  For this reason, some guests prefer renting a car to have more control over their transportation; parking at the parks will be free as a Disney resort guest. You can also take a taxi from your resort to the parks.

As for moving from one end of the park to the other, the Magic Kingdom does have a train that goes from the front entrance to the back of Frontierland and then continues on eventually returning to the front entrance.  At Epcot, there are water taxis that can transport guests from the front of the World Showcase to the back of the World Showcase; there are actually two locations that do this. These options may help you to move quickly.

And yes, there are maps and Times Guides (information on times of attractions, shows, parades, fireworks, and characters) available as you enter the parks as well as throughout the parks.

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel; please let us know if we can help again.
