Quickest route from Epcot to Polynesian resort

    Hi Joseph!
    Welcome to planDisney.

Whether you are travelling around the Resort for dining, shopping or just to explore new places, there's always some form of Disney Transport to take you there.  It may involve different types of transport with a transfer along the way.

However, I have good news for you!  Travelling from EPCOT to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is very easy.  From the main entrance of EPCOT you simply need to board the monorail!  This will take you to the Transportation and Ticket Center where you have two choices - you can switch to the Resort Monorail for just one stop to the hotel, or there is a short walking path to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  Both options will get you there quickly.

If, for any reason, the monorail is not running, the Disney Buses provide a direct route from EPCOT to all Disney Resort hotels.

For a super-efficient door-to-door option if you need to make it on time for a dining reservation, for example, I recommend using a Lyft rideshare.  You'll need to download the Lyft app to your phone, from where you can see all the available cars and prices, and book your ride.  I have found them to be very reliable and reasonably inexpensive.  You can pick up your Lyft rideshare just outside the main entrance.

Remember if you are at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort during the evening, make your way to the beach for one of the best views of the fireworks!

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  We are always happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World!
