    Moms, Quick solo trip to WDW for the Kingdom Keepers 5 book release in a few weeks. I'll be staying at Coronado Springs after all! Did Pepper Market decide to keep the breakfast/lunch buffet?

    Currently., Pepper Market at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

    Disney's official Web site does indicate that breakfast and lunch are both buffet-style, while dinner is a quick-service experience.
