    Do quick service and sit down restaurants inside the parks have carry out containers available to bring leftovers or entire meals to other areas of the park or back to the resorts? If so, are dining plans excluded from taking meals to go?

    Hi Jennifer:

    I'm not sure if you are dining at at the sit-down restaurant and are looking for a "doggie bag" to take any left over food. If so, I've always had good luck at Disney World restaurants asking for food or even dessert to go at the end of my meal. However, remember that Florida is hot, and food can be sensitive to heat, so taking food to go is usually difficult if you are not going back to your Resort or in a position to refrigerate the food.

    If you are asking if you can just walk up to the sit-down restaurant and ask for take-out, you'll likely not have much luck. It never hurts to ask, but in my experience, restaurants tend to turn away "take-out" requests, noting they are not equipped to handle them, particularly restaurants inside the Parks.

    Usually the quick service restaurants at Resorts have "to go" options and containers if you ask.  For quick service restaurants inside the Parks, I've seen some restaurants be able to handle take out requests and some other restaurants not be able to handle them.  It will depend on the restaurant.
