Are all the quick service restaurants allergy friendly? I know when I made table side reservations I could indicate allergies. My three year old has a milk and severe nut allergy. Thanks! I did look into the garden grocer for keeping soy milk in our room

    Hi Brock,

Disney does a fantastic job of meeting Special Dietary Requests, and with a bit of pre-planning you'll be able to rest assured that your little one is being accommodated. Table Service restaurants are the easiest to deal with because you can speak directly with the chef at each location if need be. Select quick-service restaurants also offer menu items or products that may accommodate certain food allergies. Milk and tree nut allergies are quite common. Since the available options at Quick Service locations vary by park and by specific food needs, you'll want to email the Special Dietary Requests team directly at: SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. Be sure to provide them with your arrival date, confirmation number and any specific allergy information that you feel they will need. You can also call 407-824-2222 and ask to be transferred to to the Special Dietary Requests line.

The Garden Grocer is a fantastic option as well. My family has used them for years and they are very reliable.

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation! Please let me know if I can assist you further,
