Can the quick service dinning plan be used at the food and wines festival?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nicki!

I'm a foodie and really adventurous eater, so visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is my idea of a perfect vacation. I love strolling around World Showcase tasting all of the incredible international cuisine at the Global Marketplaces that pop up during the Festival. Some new ones have even been added this year, like The Alps Marketplace, which will serve one of my favorite snacks: delicious, melty raclette cheese!

When it comes to using your Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan at the Festival, the answer to your question is: yes! The dishes that are found at the Global Marketplaces can usually be purchased with a Snack credit, which each person in your party has two of for each night you're staying at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel when you're using the Dining Plan. You can even ask at the Front Desk of your Resort Hotel to have one of your Quick-Service credits broken down into three Snack credits that you can use at the Festival or anywhere else that accepts the Disney Dining Plan. That way you can try everything, from the Canadian Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup, to the Ropa Vieja Empanada with Tomato Aïoli from Islands of the Caribbean. The Festival runs from August 29 through November 23 this year, so you can go back again and again during your vacation to try new things and order your favorites one more time.

    Have a magical day, Nicki!
