    If we have only quick service dining, is it possible to make a reservation for character dining and simply pay the bill?

    Hi Jean,

    Just because you are on the Quick Service Dining Plan doesn't mean you have to miss out on the fun of a character meal.  You absolutely can pay out of pocket when you dine at any table service meal.  You simply don't mention the dining plan, and your waitstaff will bring you a bill at the end of the meal.
