Can you do the quick service dining plan when staying at the cabins at fort wilderness? Is trails end a quick service place?

    Hi Theresa!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Yes, you absolutely can book the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan (or any of the Disney Dining Plans) when booking this as part of a package (including accommodation and park tickets) at the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.  If Trails End Restaurant is of particular interest to you - and why wouldn't it be?, just look at the delicious menus - this restaurant only accepts the Disney Dining Plan or the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, and requires one Table-Service credit per person for breakfast and dinner (and brunch on a Saturday and Sunday).  You can, of course dine there and pay by another method - cash, credit card, Disney Gift Card, use your MagicBand to make a room charge - and save your dining credits to use elsewhere.  There are three Quick-Service locations at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, and all accept the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan: The Chuck Wagon, Meadow Snack Bar and P & J's Southern Takeout.

Dining reservations are recommended at Table-Service restaurants, and can be made online or by using your My Disney Experience mobile app, up to 180 days in advance.  Reservations are generally not required for Quick-Service dining locations.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
