    We have the quick service dining plan, which includes a refillable mug at our hotel. How do we get the refillable mug to start off with?

    Hi Monica!

    Usually, all the quick service restaurants at the resorts should have a stock of refillable mugs. When we got to the first quick service, we just grabbed the mugs for each plan member, gave the check out cashier our Keys to the World card (which also has the Dining Plan), and that was it! From that point on, we were able to just bring our mugs and walk directly up to the fountain to get what we needed.
