We have got the quick service dining plan. Do we have to have breakfast as none of us are big eaters in the morning can we have a lunch and dinner meals instead? If so is there anywhere we can buy breakfast things to have in our room at disney?

    Hi Helen,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

One of the best things about purchasing a Disney Dining Plan is how flexible they all are. You’ll be happy to know that you can use your quick-service entitlements to purchase a meal at any time of day. So you can definitely have lunch and dinner, and eat breakfast in your room during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

I think that having breakfast in your room is a great idea, especially if you aren’t big on breakfast. While you can pick up some items at your Resort’s gift shop, such as bread, milk and cereal (with a bit of a markup), I’ve found that services such as Garden Grocer (www.gardengrocer.com) can provide you with way more variety and flexibility. I’ve used them in the past and I highly recommend their services! You'll even be able to store perishables in the mini-fridge located in your room - every Walt Disney World Resort hotel room has one.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions about your vacation.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
