Unfortunately, at this time,
special dietary needs and food allergy requests must be made in person at the restaurant. This isn't as convenient as using the
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, but this way you'll be able to speak to a trained Cast Member to ensure you're taken care of. The allergy-friendly menus and alternate meal options are not available on mobile ordering, but are at the restaurant and the Cast Member will be able to guide you through these choices.
If you'd like to go ahead and place the rest of your party's choices through mobile ordering, you may do so. They'll be able to head to the mobile ordering pick-up window once you are notified their food is ready while you order yours through the regular ordering area.
