Hi there, T, and welcome back to planDisney!
One of my favorite things about visiting Walt Disney World Resort is the way the magic isn't exclusively found in its theme parks! My husband and I love squeezing in as much pixie dust as possible during our time in
The Most Magical Place on Earth, so you'll regularly find enjoying the dining and entertainment available at
Disney Springs, Disney's BoardWalk, and
Disney Resorts Collection hotels on our arrival and departure dates. I'm happy to provide a bit of insight as to how you can maximize the magic of your final day!
I'm so glad you decided to stay at
Disney's Pop Century Resort. The incredible theming (don't miss the larger-than-life Mickey Mouse telephone) and access to the
Disney Skyliner make it one of the most
POPular Walt Disney World Resort hotels. The ability to soar between hotels aboard the Disney Skyliner means that Guests have a plethora of convenient options at their fingertips. Personally, I would take the opportunity to explore the European-inspired luxury of
Disney's Riviera Resort.
Le Petit Café is one of my favorite spots for a quick bite. The Parisian-inspired menu features an assortment of coffee beverages and delightful pastries. If you're in need of heartier fare,
Primo Piatto boasts a more upscale quick service menu than what you'll traditionally find at Pop Century. As you make your way to either location, be sure to keep an eye out for the
Riviera-exclusive artwork found throughout the resort. They're inspired by the classics, but each unique piece features its own special Disney twist.
Should you choose to channel your inner Tarzan and swing a bit further into the magic aboard the Disney Skyliner, you could disembark near EPCOT's International Gateway and walk to
Disney's Yacht Club Resort where
Ale & Compass offers both a breakfast buffet and delicious à la carte menu. I'm a fan of the dark chocolate waffle while my husband swears by the shrimp and white cheddar grits. If you have a bit of extra time before you need to depart, I encourage you to take some time to explore the neighboring
Disney's BoardWalk.
Your vacation will be here before you know it, T, so I hope this was helpful! If you have any additional questions before you head to The Most Magical Place on Earth, feel free to
pop in again.
Hakuna Matata,
Lizzie
