Hi, I have a quick questions about the pools at the Port Orleans Riverside resort. I was wondering if they have hours of operation or are they open 24 hours a day? We will be staying there in early September of this year. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Kelly!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  You are going to love Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, it is my absolute favourite Moderate Resort on Walt Disney World Resort Property.  Swimming at Ol' Man Island is a definite must do, and the pool hours are typically 7am - midnight.  Please keep in mind that those hours are always subject to change, and that lifeguards are not always on duty during the early hours and later hours as well.  In the past I have found the lifeguards are on duty until around 10:00pm.  I have also found that as long as guests are not being really boisterous and disturbing sleeping guests, Cast Members will allow late night swimmers to enjoy the pool after hours.

I hope you have a magical time at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside Kelly.  Please let us know if you have any other questions while planning, I would be more than happy to help!
