2 quick questions! Coming in Nov & staying at Saratoga. This question is silly, but do they have coffee filters for the coffee maker or will we need to bring our own? Also, are quick service restaurants open in the MK during MVMCP? Thanks for all you d

Welcome to the Moms Panel Elizabeth!

There is no such thing as silly questions - its called planning ahead and that's a super smart thing to do.

Saratoga Springs is a beautiful resort. Coffee filters are provided so you don't need to bring your own.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) is one of my favorite events at the Magic Kingdom! Although they haven't released the complete details for the 2011 dates, Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland and Pecos Bill Tall Take Inn & Cafe in Frontierland (this location closed at 10 p.m. last year) were open during the 2010 dates.

There were also several places open to grab snacks and quick bits including Casey's Corner (best hot dogs ever).

Be sure to pick up an official MVMCP Guide when you enter the Magic Kingdom to confirm this year's dining locations. In the past, I've seen the special event maps posted on unofficial Disney websites within hours of the first night of the event - November 8th is the first event night for the 2011 season.

Be sure you also check out the other holiday happenings while you're at Disney World. Let us know if we can answer any other questions during your planning.  We're super happy to help!  Wishing you many magical holiday memories :-) Allison
