Hi Moms! Quick question about my upcoming Halloween on the High Seas cruise. I had planned to use a cane as part of my costume, and just wanted to be sure a cane would not fall onto the list of prohibited items. Thanks for your help!

Ahoy again Jeffery – We are happy to have you back with us again! Your Halloween on the High Seas cruise is coming up soon, and I am pleased to help you with your preparation. No one does Halloween like Disney, and what a “spooktacular” way to celebrate than on the seas with Disney Cruise Line! When I checked the Prohibited Items, I did not see your cane on the list, so that means you are clear to use it for your costume. Make sure to use it in a reasonable way (and not like my kids use their dad’s cane as a pirate sword). I wish that guests had the ability to send photos to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel because I would love to see your costume!
