    I have a quick question about the refillable mugs. We are staying in Port Orleans French quarter. I was wondering where the refillable mug station is and is it only available when the restaurants are open. Thanks for your help!

     Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Trapper. We're always glad when you stop by!

     I'm so pleased to hear you'll be staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. I think it's the most charming Disney Resort hotel. With cobblestone streets, gas-lit lamps, wrought-iron balconies, and the soothing sounds of jazz music floating in the air, I think you'll find it positively charming too! You can refill your refillable drink mug at the self-service beverage island at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, the Quick-Service dining location at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. You can only access the self-service beverage island during operating hours, but those hours are typically 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM. While you're at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, be sure to try the freshly-baked beignets; they're heavenly!

     One of my favorite things about Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is the convenient ferryboat access to Disney Springs. I do hope you have a chance to visit during your stay! With incredible shops and fabulous restaurants, there really is something for everyone at Disney Springs.
