I just have a quick question with the 10 guests on the boat cruise. We have 13 but that includes 2 2year-olds and a six month are they counted in or can they sit on our laps?

Hi Michelle, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy to help with your questions about boat cruises at Walt Disney World Resort.

Several marinas at Disney Resorts Collection hotels offer boat cruises along the Walt Disney World waterways, providing a unique way to explore from a whole new perspective!

I checked with a Cast Member about the passenger limit for boat cruises, and they confirmed that even the tiniest members of your travel party count toward the boat’s maximum capacity of 10 guests. I know that may not be the news you were hoping for, but there are still plenty of ways to enjoy the water!

Disney Water Transportation operates across several different waterways, offering a relaxing way to explore. On a non-theme park day, my family loves resort-hopping by boat. One of our favourites is the scenic ride from Disney Springs to Disney’s Old Key West Resort - the smaller boats make for a peaceful trip, and we’ve even been lucky enough to have the whole boat to ourselves! If you stop by Old Key West, I highly recommend a visit to Olivia’s Café for a slice of Key Lime Pie - it’s the perfect treat.

I hope you're still able to enjoy some time on the water with your travel party. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to visit planDisney again - we’d love to help!

    Enjoy making magical memories,
    Candace
