Hi Monica, welcome to planDisney!
I have great news for you! You can bring a double stroller! But please note that per
Disney's Stroller Guidelines, strollers larger than 31" x 52" (and wagons) are not permitted. So just double-check your stroller size to ensure it is within the guidelines. Also, another option is to actually
rent a stroller at the
Disneyland Resort. Double strollers are currently $36 (prices are subject to change), and quantity is limited, so if you are interested in renting, plan to get there early!
Also, since you are bringing little ones, I want to make sure you are aware of the fantastic
Baby Care Centers at the parks! My wife and I actually use the baby care centers pretty extensively for our little kiddos, and they've been amazing! They offer a clean and comfortable facility with changing rooms, nursing rooms, a feeding area with high chairs, and more.
At Disneyland Park, the baby care center is located at the end of
Main Street, U.S.A., next to
First Aid, and at Disney California Adventure Park, it is located next to
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop, across from
The Bakery Tour in Pacific Wharf.

See ya real soon!
