    Hi, quick question. We have brought 14 day tickets for our holiday at the end of September. Do all members of the party have to be there to collect them from guest relations? Thanks.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and as the current British Mum here on the Panel it's my pleasure to assist you with your families jolly holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort this coming September!
    You sure have made a super smart choice by purchasing the UK exclusive 14 day Ultimate Tickets for your September holiday this coming Autumn at Walt Disney World Resort as they really do provide Guests with the freedom to visit all 4 Disney Theme Parks, 2 Water Parks and much more besides.
    When staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel any Ultimate Tickets purchased as part of a holiday package should all be linked together via your My Disney Experience account and linked to your MagicBands which will be ready for collection upon check-in at your Disney Resort.  At check-in my whole family is usually all together in any case, but to the best of my current knowledge the lead Guest should be able to collect everyones MagicBands at the same time.
    Guests staying outside of Walt Disney World Resort property can collect Ultimate Tickets via any Guest Relations location but must be sure to have with them their e-Ticket confirmation plus a valid form of ID.  I do think it may be a good plan to keep your party together as strictly speaking I believe all Guests should be present at the time of collection.
