Hi moms, a quick ? about the order we should go in. Will be staying 10 days. Would like to see the parks first and then come back to the park with a plan.

    Hi Mike,

It really doesn't matter what order you go to each park.  They're all unique and offer Disney magic!  I would, however, suggest that the first park you visit should be the Magic Kingdom.  There's something about walking down Main Street USA towards Cinderella Castle that is the quintessential Disney experience.

After that, I would offer the following advice.  If you're staying at a Disney resort and are early risers try to plan on going to the park that offers Extra Magic Hours.  That extra hour will give you time to get your bearings and enjoy a couple of more popular attractions before the park gets crowded.

If you aren't early risers and you want a more specific plan, I would tour in this order: Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios.  You'll want to try to go to Hollywood Studios on a day when Fantasmic! will be performed.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
