2 Questions:Where can you get a boat to the Beach Club from Epcot and how long does it take (resevations at 6:30)? I read there is a nice boat ride but unsure where to meet it. Does Planet Hollywood do any thing special have a girl with a16th birthday

    Hi Darrel,

Yes, you can enjoy a lovely boat ride from Epcot to Disney's Beach Club Resort.  Simply exit the park from the International Gateway found between the United Kingdom and France pavilions of World Showcase.  Once you leave the turnstiles at this exit, you will see the dock for Disney's Friendship boats to your left.  Board one of these watercraft and it will take you to Disney's Beach Club Resort.  Allow yourself a minimum of 30 minutes to get from the dock to your destination.  Although the boat ride is very short, it may take a few minutes for one of the Friendship boats to arrive.

As for birthday celebrations at Planet Hollywood, it would be best to call their Downtown Disney location at (407) 827-7827 to discuss how they would acknowledge your daughter's exciting milestone.  The operator at this number would be happy to explain what is customary at their restaurant with regard to birthday celebrations.

Wishing you a magical vacation to Walt Disney World!
