    Hi Moms! I have 2 questions.We are spending 4 days at WDW in Jan after a week on DCL.We will be at parks for my sons 10th birthday.What are the best resaurants for birthday meals?(we also have 1&3y/o boys).Next,do I need to pack warm clothes for the pa

    Hi Susan! What a welcome respite from the cold winter weather you guys will have in January, I hope! But, to answer your last question, I would definitely pack some warm clothes because the weather is often unpredictable, and it can get pretty cool, even cold, in Florida in January, especially after sundown. We always pack some long pants & sweat shirts this time of year. As for my recommendations for restaurants for a birthday meal, I have a few. In Magic Kingdom, I recommend Crystal Palace, which is a character dining option. For Hollywood Studios, it would be Primetime 50s Cafe, Hollywood & Vine or The Hollywood Brown Derby. In the Animal Kingdom, go for Tusker House or Rainforest Cafe. In EPCOT, The Garden Grill which is a character dining experience in The Land, Via Napoli in Italy , or the Biergarten in Germany. Outside the parks there are some great choices as well! Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge, Mickey's Backyard Barbecue at Fort Wilderness Campground, Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort, Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, Cape May Cafe Character Breakfast at the Beach Club Resort, T-Rex at Downtown Disney, and O'Hana Character Dining at the Polynesian Resort. These are some of our favorite places to celebrate! I hope this list is helpful to get you started in your planning!
