Hello! I have 2 questions for our upcoming trip. 1- Do I request DAS 30 days prior to our first park day? 2- Not including the advance selections, are all park attractions eligible for DAS if they offer standby and lightning lanes? Thank you :)

    Hi Kaley! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh Boy! I love reading you are in full planning mode for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. You have come to the right place for assistance. Planning is our magical jam at planDisney. Disability Access Service (DAS) is an inclusive program for those guests who have trouble tolerating traditional queue lines. Let's cover your two questions.

First, to pre-register for (DAS), your ENTIRE park visit days must fall within 30 to 2 days within your video chat. So, I suggest you do a 30-day count calendar from your last park day. Whoever is applying for Disability Access Service must be available for a short interview. Before your call, verify everyone in your travel party is linked in your "Family & Friends List" under"My Profile" in the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Please note, video chat is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST. Once approved, your interviewer will assist you in setting up two pre-selected DAS attractions for the DAS guest and up to five other travel pals.

Next, not all attractions are available for DAS selections. You can click here to view which attractions may be available to select for two one-hour return windows. Also note, once you enter the theme parks and log into your My Disney Experience Mobile App, a "DAS" tab will appear. You can use this tile to self-select an additional DAS selection one at a time on your park day. If you need further assistance, feel free to stop by the Guest Experience Team blue tents.
