I have questions about my upcoming reservation and I am confused with what the app says/shows

    Hello, Jared,

I’m glad you have come to us at planDisney with your questions. I hope that we can help you feel confident and prepared to have the most magical experience possible when you visit the Disneyland Resort.

The Disneyland mobile app is your primary hub for the important information you need in advance of your Disneyland Resort visit as well as during your visit. Much of the information you seek can be accessed from the various tiles and links found in the app’s ☰ feature menu.

The Tickets and Passes screen will show the tickets you have linked to your account. You can use this screen to display your Disney eTickets at entrances to the theme parks and Lightning Lane queues. If you have multi-day tickets, you may also see the number of unused days remaining on your tickets.

Of course, you will also need theme park reservations associated with your park tickets. To see your park reservation information, visit the Future Plans screen in the mobile app. There, you will see the date, theme park selection, and number of Guests for each of the reservations. If you have Park Hopper tickets, you will still only see the starting park reserved. After 11:00 AM on the day of your reservation, you can hop over to the other park, subject to park capacity. If you tap on one of the park reservations in the app, you will be redirected to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page in a web browser. There, you can see the names assigned to each of the tickets included in each reservation.

If you need to make adjustments to your reservations, such as changing the starting park or the date of a reservation, the "My Theme Park Reservations" page also lets you cancel an existing park reservation. The tickets that were tied to a park reservation remain linked to your account so you can return to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page to book a new reservation on the same date for a different park or on a new date. Reservations are subject to availability and only dates for which your tickets are valid may be booked.

I hope that gives an idea of how to read the information about your reservations in the mobile app and online. If you have any other questions, I hope you will visit us at planDisney again soon.

    Have a magical time, Jared!
