Entrance of ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex

    I had a questions about the ticket that’s included additional activities such as espn sports complex. If I bought four days of tickets am I able to go the Disney parks 4 days and in addition go to espn when wanted. We want to go to the quest March 8 and 9.

    Cheers, Cara! Welcome to planDisney! Sounds like you're looking to combine your Walt Disney World Resort vacation with The Quest Recreational Championship hosted by Varsity! My daughter is a competitive cheerleader, so we have been to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex to watch her compete, and it is always an amazing experience for athletes and spectators alike!

    Cara, if you purchase a standard four-day theme park and select the Park Hopper Plus Option or the Water Park and Sports Option, your ticket will include an additional four admissions to any of the following over a period of seven days:

    • ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
    • Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
    • Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park
    • FootGolf at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course
    • Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course
    • Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (one round prior to 4 PM)
    • Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (one round prior to 4 PM)
    While this ticket option does include select admission to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, because the cheer competitions are hosted by third-party associations, they do require a separate admission fee, so your ticket would not be valid for admission to The Quest. According to the Varsity website, spectator tickets for the championship will go on sale online two weeks before the event. You can visit the ESPN Wide World of Sports Events page to find a direct link to the tickets.

    If you do opt for either of the ticket options mentioned above, it's good to know that the water parks are currently operating on a rotating schedule. At this time, Blizzard Beach is currently open to guests through March 16 and Typhoon Lagoon will be reopening on March 17, at which time Blizzard Beach will close temporarily for refurbishments. If you do happen to visit Blizzard Beach during your visit, don't miss out on my favorite - Teamboat Springs, a family-style whitewater raft adventure! It's a splash!
