Hello Meagan!
You are correct ... Disney Dining offers so many wonderful options! When our family first selected the Disney Dining Plan years ago, I visited an independent site: allears.net to browse menus. While menus can be viewed directly on the
DisneyWorld.com site, I find allears.net to offer a more comprehensive list all in one place. From the main page, click "Walt Disney World," then "Dining," and finally "Menus" on the allears.net site. Open two tabs on your computer: the
2015 Disney Dining Plan list of restaurants and the menu list on the allears.net site. You can toggle back and forth to quickly view the typical offerings at each restaurant.
Our family favorites include 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Boma at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Via Napoli in the Italy Pavilion at Epcot, Rose and Crown Pub in Epcot, Be Our Guest in Magic Kingdom and Teppan Edo in Epcot (just to name a few).
A great use of table service credits are the Character Dining Experiences. These are often booked as early as 180 days in advance. You can reserve meals online or by calling Disney Dining at (407) 939-3463. Chef Mickey's and Cinderella's Royal Table (two table-service credits here) are probably the two most sought after character meals in Walt Disney World.
I'm limited in space, Meagan, but am happy to offer more suggestions! Keep in mind theme park admission is required to dine within the four theme parks.
Best wishes!
Sherri
