Some questions about Plaza Inn: Can you add chicken to the pasta marinara? I was sad to see they no longer serve bolognese just chicken alfredo. Can you sub rice pilaf for the mashed potatoes? How hard is it to walk in and get a table at 11amish or 5pm?

Michele, I'm so happy you decided to be our guest here at planDisney. I'm so happy you've stopped by! Plaza Inn at Disneyland Park is possibly one of the best locations at the resort when it comes to scenic views. Sleeping Beauty Castle is mere steps away and the patio is large and spacious with plenty of seating. It's simply dreamy!

I spoke with a friendly Cast Member today and she said that for your food substitution requests, you'd need to check with a Cast Member at the Plaza Inn upon arrival to determine if they can fulfill the request. I know it can be hard when one of our favorite foods is taken off the menu - I might cry if Alien Pizza Planet ever takes away the Count Down Chicken Fusilli - so I appreciate your creative solution in the absence of the bolognese.

Michele, if this is an allergy-related request, there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the Plaza Inn page of the Disneyland website indicating that "Guests must speak to a cast member about their allergy-friendly request." I encourage you to read the whole paragraph, if this applies to you.

If you arrive at the early end of lunch or dinner time, you should be able to find a table without a problem. My husband and I tend to sit in the dining room at Plaza Inn, but the patio is also lovely. We've never had a problem finding a table, and I hope this is your luck, as well!

Before your visit, be sure to download the Disneyland Mobile App. It recently got some great updates to the map function and it's easier than ever to find entertainment, characters, and PhotoPass photo spots! Just click the pin drop icon (second from the left on the bottom toolbar) on the home screen and it will open the Disneyland Resort map. Then, use the icons at the top to find your next great adventure!

I hope this information helps, Michele. Please visit again if you have any other questions. And thanks for putting our service to the test!
