I have so many questions, not sure where to begin.. we will be traveling with a party of 9, 2 small kids, 2 teenagers, what is the difference between a standard room and a preferred room? the listed room details are the same.. thanks

    Hi Jone,

You've come to the right place! We're here to help with any and all questions that you have!

The difference between a standard room and a preferred room is location. The preferred rooms are closer to the food courts, main swimming pool, lobby or other areas of the resorts. The rooms themselves are the same in layout and amenities.

Hope this helps and have fun planning,
