Hi! I have questions about the Fast pass+ system. Can I reserve fast pass+ for family members we are traveling with but they are not staying in the world. We can reserve our fast pass in 3 days but I want to make sure we can go on the same rides.

Hello Ranee. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
FastPass+ is absolutely a great tool provided by Disney for all guests to better plan their days at Disney Theme Parks. If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you have an exclusive benefit of making your FastPass+ selections 60 days prior to your visit. For guests staying off-property, selections can be made up to 30 days in advance.
You can make FastPass+ selections for everyone in your party, as long as they are linked to your account on “My Disney Experience”, have their valid theme park admission ticket and their Disney Resort Hotel confirmation number. If part of the group is staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, but the other part is staying off-property, but you want to make selections from everyone at the same time, you will have to wait for the regular 30-day window, when those staying off-property will be able to make their selections.
Hope this helps your planning. Let us know if you have further questions.
    Have a great day!
