Greetings Ponder!
Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am always so impressed with how accommodating the Disneyland Resort is to everyone no matter what their needs may be. Cast Members really go out of their way to make sure everyone can experience the magic of the Happiest Place on Earth.
Special need situations and
Guests with disabilities have a plethora of information at their disposal to make them have the most enjoyable trip to the Disneyland Resort. You will want to start your day by heading into Guest Relations at City Hall in Disneyland Park or Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park. You are not required to bring any proof of your daughter's condition, but you can discuss her specific accommodations with a Cast Member when you arrive. Based on her needs, it's possible that the Disability Access Service (DAS) may be appropriate. This allows you to virtually wait for attractions based on their current wait time without having to physically stand in the line.
Outside food and beverages are allowed in the park as long as they abide by the
Park Rules, so bringing in her specialized food and drinks should not be a problem. Be prepared for all items to be searched upon arrival at the security checkpoint, though.
I hope this was helpful, and I can't wait for you to create many magical memories together. Have a Fantasmic day!
