I have 2 questions- we bought tickets from AAA and thought they were park hopper but they're just one day one park. Can we upgrade them? And also if we picked a date but we have to change it can we? Thank you!

Welcome to planDisney, Cassie. Thanks for taking the time to visit us with your questions.

I’m so glad to hear your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is just around the corner! I love the ability to hop between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, so I can see why you’re wishing to upgrade your tickets.

In order to do so, I recommend contacting Disneyland Resort Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you over the phone. The Cast Member may also help you change your park reservation dates as well. Otherwise, once you receive your upgraded Park Hopper pass, you can cancel your previous park reservation (if it has not been automatically canceled already when you switch the ticket to Park Hopper) and change your dates. At this time, Guests are not able to modify park reservations, but will need to cancel in order to make a different park reservation date. You can conveniently do so on Disneyland.com or on the Disneyland mobile app.

As you continue to plan your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, Cassie, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

    Have a magical day,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
