Hello I have a question, in my work they gave me a ticket’s for two persons , but for the Coronavirus we couldn’t come to Disneyland the expiration date was on: 12/30/2020 , do you think that, we still use this tickets????????????

    Hi Daniel, welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry that you weren't able to use your theme park tickets earlier due to COVID. I do want to mention that the Disneyland Resort has been continuously monitoring the health and safety conditions throughout the resort, and have been adapting guidelines as necessary. For the latest news on what you can expect, please take a look at this website!

I also have GOOD NEWS! Even though your tickets are expired, you have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. I recommend visiting the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths to see if the Cast Members there can help! If it's difficult to physically visit the parks, you can also try calling the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636!

I also want to quickly mention the new Disney Genie+ Service add-on. This is an add-on to your tickets that you can purchase, allowing you to access the Lightning Lane entrances for certain attractions. This will help you avoid the standby lines, and should save you time from waiting in line. And as a great bonus, you also get unlimited Disney PhotoPass Digital Downloads with the purchase of Genie+. This is a must have in my opinion!

    See ya real soon!
