    My question is more for the website. I booked our reservation through a travel agency and have received the hotel reservation vouchers from them and would like to know how I can check in online as the wdw site says I have no reservations...

    Hello Tammy,

    I have booked my vacation with Cast Members at Disney Reservations and with outside travel agents and have never had a problem with online check-in. But, I do know that sometimes travel agents may provide Guests with confirmation numbers that are not recognized by the online check-in system. Make sure your travel agent gives you a Disney provided confirmation number. This is vital for online check-in. If they offer you a confirmation number that is different than that typically offered by Disney, your online check-in will not work. And you will have to wait until you arrive on property for the magic to officially begin.
