My question is are Veterans of the United States Military eligible for the 4 Day Park Hopper Military Salute? If so, do they take their DD214 to the nearest base to purchase the tickets or can they present their DD214 when they arrive at the Disney Park?

    HI Danielle,

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel. We're so glad you're here!

Active duty members and veterans of the U.S. Military are eligible for Disney's Armed Forces Salute military discounted tickets. Veterans will have to provide documentation at the MWR/ITT office at their local base in order to purchase tickets. This documentation can be their DD214 or their veteran ID card. I suggest bringing both. While the special Armed Forces Salute tickets cannot be purchased within Walt Disney World theme parks, they can be purchased at the Shades of Green Resort Hotel.

I hope this helps you with your magical vacation planning, Danielle. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask us at any time.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
