Hi question about my upcoming trip booked at POP nov 26-dec 5th will I regret this because of Pop Warner? thanks

Hi Teresa, I wouldn't worry if I were you because they generally don't use the Pop Century Resort for the Pop Warner Groups (only if they really need overflow rooms from what I've been told in the past when booking). Unfortunately, I had the bad luck of staying at the All-Star Music Resort last year without knowing about Pop Warner and my stay was right when all the Pop Warner groups were there. There was fighting between the different teams (including coaches, not just the kids!), everything was busy and crowded (food courts, pools, parks, etc...), most of the kids were left unsupervised and made tons of noise throughout the night when we were trying to sleep and most of all, it felt very unsafe (even though they did have Orange County Police there at the resort almost around the clock in the evenings just in case there were any serious problems). To me, staying in a Disney Resort and walking past multiple police officers who are stationed there to keep the peace is not my idea of a Magical Disney vacation and it surprises me that this happens at all in WDW. Pop Warner is from December 3rd-10th, so you only have to worry about one or two days during your vacation with the Pop Warner crowd, but I don't think you will have anything to worry about as it's usually the All-Star Resorts and the larger Moderate Resorts which are used for these groups. Have a magical vacation! Best wishes, Brigitta
