Hi, another question... Do any of the typhoon or blizzard slids flip you off at landing? I'm a little phobic of landing face first, or being underwater. Should I avoid any in particular? Most look tame enough I can handle. Thanks for all your help!!!

    Hi Nancy.

My family and I were at both water parks yesterday.  There is always a chance that you can end up in the water at the bottom of any one of the fantastic water slides.  Well, not all of them...thankfully some just stop flush with the bottom of the pool and all you have to do is stand up.

But, in the event that your landing isn't ideal, the pools that mark the end of your watery journey are all shallow enough that you can stand up and you'll be OK.

I have to say that I had the most trouble flipping into water when I was trying to get onto the tubes on the lazy river!  Other than that, no one in our family had an unwanted landing.

    Have a magical time!
