Question about tipping for Cruise Excr. 1st on Castaway Cye, (boat ride) I'm pretty sure US $ are ok but how much p/p? 2nd is for our Mayan Ruin Excur. Paso or $ and bus driver and the guide? And how much p/p? Also, Disney trans from Airport tip how much?

    Hi, Carie -

Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel. Port Adventures on a Disney Cruise vacation are well planned and chosen by Disney. Having knowledgeable and entertaining adventure guides, make it so worthwhile and enjoyable for your family. When you are happy with the service of the tour operator or guide, it is a wonderful gesture to give a gratuity at the end of your port adventure. It is surely not required of course, and you should never feel obligated to do so. When tipping, US Dollars are quite welcome and are highly appreciated. Usually 10%-15% of the cost of the port adventure is fine.

When it comes to the Disney Cruise motor coach driver, I usually give $1 per bag for a tip. Your driver is also the same person loading up your luggage from your pickup point to your drop off point. For our family of 4, I will usually round off and give a $5 bill to the driver since we usually have anywhere between 3-5 bags anyway.

I hope that this info helps.  Do let us know if we can help with any other information. We're always happy to help.

Captain Mickey and the gang are looking forward to meeting you on board the Disney Cruise ship!
