    Question: We have tickets for MNSSHP for August 30, however due to unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to cancel our entire trip (major bummer). Is there any possibility of getting a refund? We have nobody going in our place. Thanks!

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that you have to cancel your upcoming visit. The spooky season is one of my favorite times at Walt Disney World Resort, and I can understand the disappointment.

    I'm so sorry I don't have any pixie dust I can provide you. As you mentioned, tickets to special events such as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are nonrefundable because they are only valid for the date you purchased them for. For more information about the ticket policy for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, then you can reach out to a Cast Member for further assistance.

    Again I'm so sorry to hear about your visit. I hope you get to reschedule it soon! If you are craving some Disney Halloween Magic, check out Disney+. My family and I won't be able to make it to Halloween at the Parks either this year, so we are planning on watching some of the spooky movies and attempting to create treats inspired by this year's Mickey's Not-So-Scary treats.
