Nancy, do you have a
My Disney Experience account? If so, you could log into the mobile app to double check to see if you have any tickets linked. To do this, select the three lines in the right lower corner and click on the box titled “Tickets and Passes”. If you had any tickets linked to your account, you’d most likely see them here!
If you don’t have a My Disney Experience account to check, you’ll want to connect with either the
Existing Tickets or
My Disney Experience and MagicBands desks. When you call you can give the Cast Members your name and your address and they will hopefully be able to confirm if any tickets are unused.
After you confirm, I highly recommend making a My Disney Experience account if you don't have one! This way the next time you purchase
tickets,
MagicBands or even
MagicBand+, you’ll be able to see the information in your account!
