Hi!! Question: if the tickets are booked under my partners name, would I still be able to upload these to My Disney Experience and plan it all or would we both need one? And can we link both tickets to plan and then our MagicBands later when we have them?

    Hello Rebecca,

Thanks so much for coming to see us here at planDisney, and thanks for your question.

If a Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket is already linked to a My Disney Experience account, you would not be able to link those same tickets to a different account.

One tip I can suggest is to make sure that you and your partner are connected through the Family & Friends features in My Disney Experience.

Using the cool and convenient Family & Friends features allows you and your partner to make and manage reservations and plans together as connected Guests.

For example, you yourself could make Disney Park Pass system theme park reservations as well as dining reservations for Guests on your "My Family & Friends List"

If you purchase MagicBands, you can also use the My Disney Experience linking features to link the MagicBands to your My Disney Experience account.

Rebecca, I hope you find these tips helpful as you make your plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
