Theodore from NY Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My Question stems from MNSSHP. The current schedule lists Sept 23rd as a party night and also same night is listed a Magic Hours late night. Do we need a ticket to attend the party or is just part of the park closed for the event?

To my knowledge, 2012 dates for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party have not yet been released, Theodore.  I would advise that you keep a close eye on the Disney Parks Blog for an announcement about party details and dates.  While details for this year are not yet available, it's safe to assume that guests will indeed need a ticket to attend.  The entire park closes to regular guests and only party guests are permitted entry during party hours.  I hope that helps!
