Heigh-ho Amalia, it's off to Walt Disney World you go! How exciting that soon you'll be spending the day at the Most Magical Place on Earth.
First of all, happy birthday to your son! One of my little Mouseketeers is just about his age, and it's such a wonderful time to visit the Disney Parks. These days, my daughter especially loves catching the character cavalcades and waving to her favorite Disney pals as they pass.
Amalia, at Walt Disney World, all Guests ages 3 and older must have
valid admission and a
Disney Park Pass reservation to enter a theme park, so you will need to purchase a ticket for your son as your visit falls after he turns 3. Since you call the Sunshine State home, I recommend looking into any
special offers available to Florida residents at this time. Once his ticket is linked to your
My Disney Experience account, don't forget to secure a Disney Park Pass reservation. As of today, the
Availability Calendar shows that the Magic Kingdom Park is accepting bookings for your date.
Since you will be visiting so close to your son's special day, be sure to stop by Guest Relations or City Hall as you enter the
Magic Kingdom Park to pick up a celebration pin. Cast Members love to get in on the birthday fun! Take time to pose for birthday photos in front of his favorite attractions, and of course,
Cinderella Castle, to commemorate the occasion.
Amalia, I hope you and your son have a fantastic day. It will be a great way to kick off not only a new year but another year of growth in your little guy's life. If there is anything else we at
planDisney can do to help with future adventures, come back and see us again. We're all ears!
Wishing you a happy and healthy New Year,
Betsy
